Siding Laborer
Job Summary
A siding laborer assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of exterior siding on buildings, including tasks like loading/unloading materials, preparing the work area, and helping with the installation process. Working on the structure exterior, you install siding as part of a larger construction project on a building, home, office, or any other type of structure. Your responsibilities include using tools and other equipment to install siding evenly and solidly over the face of a building.
Responsibility
Material Handling:
Loading and unloading siding materials, flashing, and other related products from trucks.
Organizing and storing materials at the job site.
Site Preparation:
Cleaning and preparing the work area by removing debris and hazards.
Setting up scaffolding or other temporary structures as needed.
Installation Support:
Assisting with the installation of siding, flashing, and trim.
Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials for installation.
Using hand and power tools to assist with installation tasks.
Repair and Maintenance:
Assisting with the repair and maintenance of existing siding.
Identifying and addressing any issues or problems that arise during the installation process.
Safety:
Following all safety procedures and regulations.
Ensuring a safe working environment for themselves and their coworkers.
Other Tasks:
May be required to perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
May include tasks such as cleaning up after the job is completed.
Requirements

Previous experience Required.
References required.
Tools and tool bags required.
Reliable transportation required.
Must provide years of experience in field and experience examples.
